Residential air duct cleaning is listed at $550 per HVAC system. Dryer vent cleaning is listed at $89.
Commercial Services
Commercial duct cleaning is priced by written estimate after inspection because system size, layout, access, and scope can vary by property.
Written Estimate Commitment
Before work begins, Duct Ops provides a written estimate for the agreed scope of work. Once the customer approves that written estimate, the approved price will not change unless the customer requests a change, addition, or other modification to the agreed services.
Scheduling
Services are scheduled directly with Duct Ops by phone, text, or email. Contacting Duct Ops does not guarantee an appointment until the date, time, and service details are confirmed.
Property Access and Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and areas needed to perform the agreed service. If a condition is discovered that prevents the agreed work from being performed safely or as described, Duct Ops may pause the work and discuss available options with the customer before proceeding.
No Specific Outcome Guarantee
Duct cleaning can remove accessible dust, debris, and buildup, but Duct Ops does not guarantee a particular medical, allergy, indoor-air-quality, energy-savings, or HVAC-performance outcome unless that promise is specifically included in a written service agreement.
Payment
Accepted payment methods may include Apple Pay, Zelle, and credit or debit cards. Payment terms for a specific job are governed by the estimate, invoice, or other written agreement provided for that job.
